Users may request deletion of eligible personal information associated with Fixfi.

Please Include

Your full name.
The phone or WhatsApp number used with Fixfi.
Your company or organization name.
A short description of the data you want deleted.
Any relevant Incident or Ticket reference, if known.

Verification

Fixfi may ask for reasonable information to verify the requester's identity before deleting data. Do not send passwords, OTP codes, payment-card details, or unnecessary sensitive identification documents.

Retention Exceptions

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably necessary for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational and audit requirements.

Where applicable, Fixfi will explain why specific information cannot be deleted immediately.
